Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the hkd88 platform in any capacity — whether as a guest browsing the site or as a registered member engaging in real-money gaming — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Member" or "User") and hkd88 (the "Platform" or "Operator").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the hkd88 platform and, if you have already registered an account, contact our support team at [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of hkd88 following the publication of any updated version of these terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those updates.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with hkd88's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary document, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Section 2

Eligibility & Registration

To register an account with hkd88 and participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in account suspension.

• One Account Only: Each individual is permitted to maintain only one active hkd88 account. Opening duplicate accounts, whether using the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these terms. All duplicate accounts and associated funds may be forfeited.
• Own Name Only: You must register and operate your hkd88 account solely in your own name. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your registered account, is strictly prohibited.
• Sound Judgment: You must be acting of your own free will and must not be under the influence of any substance that impairs your judgment at the time of placing bets or making financial transactions on the platform.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any current self-exclusion order — either one you have placed on your own hkd88 account or one imposed by the platform in accordance with its responsible gaming obligations.

hkd88 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason. By submitting a registration application, you warrant that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above.

Section 3

Account Obligations

Once your hkd88 account is active, you assume a number of ongoing obligations with respect to account management, security, and accurate information maintenance. hkd88 takes account integrity seriously and expects all members to uphold the following responsibilities:

• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for keeping your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, regardless of the circumstances.
• Unauthorised Access: If you believe your hkd88 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify hkd88 immediately via [email protected]. hkd88 cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to such notification being received and acted upon.
• Information Accuracy: You must keep your registered personal information up to date. If your name, address, contact details, or payment method information changes, you are required to update your account profile promptly. hkd88 may place restrictions on accounts where personal information is found to be materially inaccurate or outdated.
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activity conducted from your hkd88 account, whether or not that activity was authorised by you. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.
• Communication: hkd88 will communicate with you using the email address and contact number registered to your account. It is your responsibility to ensure that these details are current and that you regularly check for communications from hkd88.
• Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. hkd88 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts after this period, subject to applicable notice being sent to your registered contact details.

hkd88 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. Members who enable 2FA benefit from an additional layer of protection that significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access even in the event that login credentials are compromised.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

hkd88 supports a range of payment methods widely used by Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT/BTC cryptocurrency. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfer deposits carry a minimum of ৳2,000. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Own Payment Methods: All deposits and withdrawals must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — where the sending account does not belong to the hkd88 account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible, minus any applicable processing costs.
• Verification Before Withdrawal: hkd88 reserves the right to require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (dated within 90 days), and a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits.
• Withdrawal Processing Times: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by hkd88 within standard operational timelines. Mobile financial service withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 1–24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times.
• Platform Fees: hkd88 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any fees charged by third-party payment processors or banking institutions are the responsibility of the Member.
• Wagering Requirement: Any deposit made as part of a bonus or promotion may be subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly communicated at the time the bonus is accepted.
• Suspicious Transactions: hkd88 operates real-time transaction monitoring. Transactions that appear unusual, inconsistent with a Member's typical activity, or potentially associated with fraudulent behaviour will be flagged for review. hkd88 reserves the right to hold funds pending investigation and to report suspicious activity to relevant financial authorities.

Section 5

Bonuses & Promotions

hkd88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing members. These include, but are not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, refer-a-friend incentives, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and IPL.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms. Specific promotions may carry additional conditions, which will be communicated clearly alongside each offer:

• Eligibility: Promotional offers are available to Members who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated for each promotion. Unless otherwise indicated, bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, and device.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Failure to complete wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• Contribution Rates: Different game types contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) may contribute at a lower rate. Crash games and sports betting contribution rates will be specified in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a bonus is active on your account, a maximum single bet limit of ৳500 applies unless the promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is in play may be voided at hkd88's discretion.
• Bonus Abuse: hkd88 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using hedging strategies to guarantee bonus conversion, systematic low-risk play designed solely to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated play between multiple Members. Any Member found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended, bonus balance forfeited, and real-money balance reviewed.
• Promotional Changes: hkd88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where a Member is in the middle of meeting a wagering requirement at the time a promotion is changed, the terms that applied when the bonus was accepted will generally continue to apply.

Section 6

Game Rules & Fair Play

hkd88 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all Members. All games available on the hkd88 platform — including live casino titles, slots, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the following principles and rules:

• Certified RNG Technology: All slot and non-live table games on hkd88 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently certified for fairness. Game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by hkd88 or any third party.
• Live Casino Integrity: Live dealer games are streamed from regulated studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. These studios operate under their own regulatory frameworks and are subject to independent auditing. • Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game session (including server interruptions, disconnections, or software errors), hkd88 will use game server logs to determine the correct outcome. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned to the Member's account balance.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

hkd88 maintains the integrity of the platform through a clear and consistently enforced prohibited conduct policy. The following actions are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information at registration, during KYC verification, or at any other point; impersonating another individual; or using a stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment method to fund your account.
• Money Laundering: Using hkd88 for any form of money laundering, financial structuring, or other activity in breach of applicable anti-money laundering regulations. hkd88 is required by law to report suspicious financial activity and will cooperate fully with any relevant authorities.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, live casino games, or sports betting markets. This includes chip dumping, sharing private game information, and any other form of coordinated play intended to circumvent normal game mechanics.
• Software Exploitation: Using any automated software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with hkd88 games or betting markets in a way that is not available to standard human players. This includes screen-scraping tools, automated bet placement systems, and any software that interferes with the normal operation of the platform.
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access hkd88's systems, servers, databases, or source code without authorisation; introducing malware, viruses, or any harmful code to the platform; or attempting to intercept or modify data transmitted between your device and hkd88's servers.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank or payment provider in relation to a deposit made to your hkd88 account without first contacting hkd88 support and following the applicable dispute resolution process. Chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings for the disputed amount.
• Underage Play: Providing false information to circumvent age verification checks and gain access to hkd88 if you are under the age of 18. Any individual found to be underage will have their account permanently closed and all funds forfeited.

Section 8

Account Suspension & Closure

hkd88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account suspension or closure:

• Terms Violation: Any confirmed or reasonably suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct listed in Section 7.
• Failed Verification: Failure to provide satisfactory identity, age, or payment method verification documentation within a reasonable period following a request from hkd88's compliance team.
• Suspicious Activity: Account activity that hkd88 reasonably believes may be associated with fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other illegal activity.
• Self-Exclusion: A Member's own request for self-exclusion in accordance with hkd88's Responsible Gaming Policy. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period selected.
• Regulatory Requirements: Where hkd88 is required by law, court order, or other regulatory obligation to suspend or close an account.
• Voluntary Closure: At the Member's own request, by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawal requests will continue to be processed in accordance with normal withdrawal procedures.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hkd88 will notify the Member using their registered contact details as soon as it is operationally and legally permissible to do so. Funds held in a suspended account will not be accessible during the investigation period. Where the investigation concludes with no adverse finding, the account will be reinstated and full access to funds restored.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, hkd88 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance in the account. Where closure is voluntary or due to circumstances unrelated to any breach, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their last used payment method within 10 business days.
